Lyons Falls Man Pleads Guilty to Unlawful Manufacture of Meth Charge

    Lowville, NY- A Lyons Falls man appeared in Lewis County Court on Monday,
    April 23, with the Honorable Peter A. Schwerzmann presiding.

    Victor G. Ehlers, 35, entered a guilty plea to one count of third-degree Unlawful
    Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a Class "D" felony. Sentencing was set for
    June 29th.

    The plea satisfies all counts in the indictment, which also included second-
    degree Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, seventh-degree Criminal
    Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of fourth-degree Criminal
    Possession of a Weapon.

    The charges stem from a March 30, 2017 arrest, after state police allegedly
    found methamphetamine and meth-making materials as well as several weapons
    at his residence in Lyons Falls.
