Press Release from Snow Belt Housing:

On December 12, 2017, Gilbert Monnat, of Croghan, ended his official
association with Steepleview Courts apartments. Mr. Monnat decided that after
more than 33 years, it was time for him to retire from the Board of Directors of
the Croghan Housing Development Fund Company (owners of the project).

His knowledge of the property and constant diligence regarding the facilities
have helped to keep the project in excellent physical and financial health and
his hands on approach will be missed. Mr. Monnat was involved in the original
construction back in 1982 and was Vice President of the original Board of
Directors. In August of 1984, Gil moved into the position of President and held
that office until his retirement earlier this week.

Just this past spring Steepleview was able to pay off their mortgage and end
their association with USDA. Now the property is solely a HUD project with
their rules and regulations. Mr. Monnat helped to guide the project through the
last 35 years and his presence and participation will be greatly missed.
We wish Gilbert J Monnat only the best as he settles into his retirement from
public service. Thank you Gil for all that you have accomplished!
