    Lowville, NY- Two men were arraigned today in Lewis County Court, on
    separate sealed Grand Jury indictments.

    Michael Gerace, 34, of Boonville, entered NOT GUILTY pleas to charges of
    fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "D"
    felony and Unlawful Disposal of Meth Lab Material, a class "A" misdemeanor.
    He was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on $15,000 cash bail or $30,000
    bond. The case was adjourned to November 3rd. The charges stem from an
    incident occuring in the Town of Leyden on February 18, 2017.

    Matthew Furst, 34, of Watertown, entered NOT GUILTY pleas to charges of
    three counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a
    class "B" felony; second-degree Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia; and
    Speeding, a traffic infraction. He was remanded to the Lewis County Jail on
    $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond, with the case adjourned until November
    3rd. The charges stem from an incident occuring on June 6, 2017 in the Town
    of Diana.
