    From the Lowville Fire Department:

    Lowville, NY- The Lowville Fire Department will host an Open House for all on
    Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 11:00am until 4:00pm. There will be live
    demonstrations throughout the day such as Fire Extinguisher Use, Vehicle
    Extrication, and Fire Fighter Rescues. Our Trucks, Equipment, and Gear will be
    on display for all to see.   We will have information on fire safety geared
    towards children and adults. Our members will be around during the day to
    answer any questions and assist people with any questions you may have.   
    We will also have a recruitment table for information on how to become a
    member of the department.   We are always looking for new members to join us
    and this provides a great opportunity for people to learn what we’re really
    about.   We will have some fun activities and goodies available for children.
    This is open to all community members and we look forward to seeing you
    there!
