    Lowville, NY- At a special meeting of the Village of Lowville Board of
    Trustees, the board voted to rescind the mandatory water conservation order
    that has been in place since August 8th. With the new portable filtration system
    fully online, reserve levels are back to near capacity and conservation
    measures are no longer required at this time. Mayor Donna Smith would like to
    thank the users of the Village water system for their cooperation and
    conservation efforts over the past few months while the situation was
    addressed.
