Lewis County, NY- Family and friends have continued their search throughout
the summer for a Lewis County man missing since June.

Kenneth W. McCall was last seen during the early morning hours of June 13th,
believed to be headed west on the Tidd Road in the Town of Diana.

Personnel from the Lewis County Sheriff's Office, NYS DEC, NYS Police, as
well as a NYSP helicopter and search dogs were all involved in a large grid
search of the area at the time of Mr. McCall's disappearance. Groups of
volunteers continued to search in the following weeks.

"A few family and friends have continued to search for Kenny in the wooded
area where he was last seen, but haven't really found anything," Valerie
McCall, Kenny's mother, told us this morning.

"We've reached out on social media to raise awareness that he's still missing.
With the help of friends, we've tried to broaden out to sites like America's Most
Wanted, John Walsh, Crime Watch, The Dr. Phil Show, Nancy Grace, etc. to
try to raise national awareness," Mrs. McCall said.

Initially, there were some possible sightings in Carthage, Philadelphia,
Gouverneur, Watertown and Syracuse, but none of those were confirmed,
    according to Mrs. McCall.

"We would like to encourage anyone who has seen or helped him in some way
to come forward or encourage him to reach out to family," urged Mrs. McCall.
"We have no idea if he ever made it out of the wooded area where he was last
seen, if he left because he thought he was in some type of trouble with the law
(which he was not and is not, she noted), if he's suffering from a mental
breakdown or if something else happened," she continued.

"We have nothing new on the McCall case at this time," Lewis County
Undersheriff James Monnat said, when contacted for an update. "This is still an
active investigation," he stated. Deputies still continue to follow any leads that
    come in.

Anyone with any information on Mr. McCall's whereabouts is asked to call the
Lewis County Sheriff's Office at 315-376-3511.

"We would also like to extend our appreciation to all those who helped search
and those who continue to help in one way or another, made donations and/or
have offered support through this tough time," Mrs. McCall said on behalf of the
family. "We really appreciate everything that everyone has done to help locate
Kenny. It's been nice to see the community come together. We are still hopeful
that we will find him safe."
