    Lowville, NY- The following plea activity took place in Lewis County Court on
    Friday, July 7, with the Honorable Daniel R. King presiding:

    Gerald E Baker II, 45, of Harrisville, entered a GUILTY plea to an amended
    charge of Driving While Intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Sentencing
    was scheduled for September 29. He was accused of operating a motor vehicle
    after consuming alcohol on September 17, 2016, in the Town of Diana.

    Timothy L. Mooney, 33, of Lowville, pleaded GUILTY to charges of second-
    degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "A" felony; third-
    degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "B" felony; and
    second-degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class "C" felony.
    Sentencing was set for July 14th. Mr. Mooney was accused making and
    possessing meth on Jannuary 23 in the town of Watson.

    Joshua R. Taylor, 29, of Lowville, entered a GUILTY pleas to two amended
    counts of second-degree Attempted Assault, class "E" felonies. Sentencing was
    set for August 18th. The charges stem from a physical altercation with a female
    in the Town of Lowville on January 2, 2017 where he fractured her hand and
    an altercation in the Lewis County Jail on March 19, 2017 where he injured
    another inmate.

    Bram L. Widrick, 19, of Watson, pleaded GUILTY to third-degree Unlawful
    Manufacture of Methamphetamine, a class "D" felony. He was then placed on
    one-year Interim Conditions of Probation. He was accused of having meth
    making materials in a vehicle on May 16, 2017 in the Town of Watson.

    Jordan D. Johnston, 31, of Columbia Crossroads, PA, pleaded GUILTY to a
    charge of fifth-degree Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a
    class "E" felony. Sentencing was set for October 13th. He was accused of
    attempting to sell psychedelic mushrooms on July 1, 2017, at the moe.down
    music festival in Turin.

    Jamie D. Lagzdins, 23, of Hingham, MA, pleaded GUILTY to a charge of
    seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, a class "A"
    misdemeanor. Sentencing was scheduled for September 22. Mr. Lagzdins was
    accused of possessing LSD on July 2, 2017 at the moe.down music festival in
    Turin.
