    CRelease from the Mennonite Heritage Farm:

    Croghan, NY- Stewart's Shops is sponsoring two upcoming summer faires at
    The Mennonite Heritage Farm, 8778 Erie Canal Road, Croghan, for children
    ages 8 to 14. The 2nd Annual Art Faire will be held on Wednesday, August 2,
    from 10 AM until 3 PM at the farm. The children will have an opportunity to
    paint their impressions or reflections of the farm.

    On Wednesday, August 16, the farm will host the 1st Annual Textile Faire for
    children (ages 8-14), from 10 AM to 3 PM. Children will be under instruction to
    teach them knitting OR working with craft projects.

    For both faires, the children will have a tour of the farm grounds and buildings
    before the lesson begins. Lunch will be provided for both events. Parents may
    call 315-376-7822 or e-mail info@mennoniteheritagefarm.com to make
    reservations. Art Faire registration is due Friday, July 28, and Textile Faire
    registration is due Friday, August 11.
