Lowville, NY- The following activity took place in Lewis County Criminal Court

amended charge of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a
class "D" felony, to which she entered a guilty plea on March 24. Judge King
indicated that Ms. Disotell had violated terms of her enhanced sentence
agreement by picking up additional charges in Herkimer County since her plea
was entered, and sentencing was delayed pending the outcome of the charges
in Herkimer County. Bail was revoked and the case was adjourned until July 7.
Ms. Disotell was accused of selling morphine on June 20, 2016 in the Town of
    West Turin.

relating to an incident on November 6, 2016 in the town of Leyden where he
was accused of intentionally damaging a 2008 Chevy Cobalt belonging to
another individual. Mr. Sullivan also entered a guilty plea to a charge of third-
degree Burglary, a class "D" felony, regarding an incident in the town of Turin
on November 25, 2016, where he was accused of knowingly entering a camp
