CORRECTION: Any earlier version of this story indicated that two arrests were made regarding this incident. We spoke with NYSP Public Information Officer Jack Keller a few moments ago. The NYSP have retracted the report of charges filed against the female, Tori L Ortlieb, of New Bremen. "The Trooper making the arrest inadvertently listed charges against both the victim and the suspect," Trooper Keller said. "We apologize for this clerical error and any inconvenience it has caused," he stated. Again, no charges were filed against the female in this case, who was the victim of the alleged crime. We apologize for any inconvenience the error may have caused as well. |
