American Red Cross Aids 8 After Harrisville Storms
Chapter of the American Red Cross provided immediate emergency aid to 8 people after storm damage on Monday evening on Alpine Road in Harrisville (St. Lawrence County). The Red Cross provided financial assistance for necessities such as shelter, food, and clothing to 2 adults and 6 children, ages 16, 14, 12, 10, 4, and 18 months. Volunteers also offered emotional support and comfort kits containing personal care items and stuffed animals for the children.
