    Lowville, NY- The Lewis County Board of Legislators will hold their regular
    monthly meeting starting at 5 PM on Tuesday, April 4, in the second-floor
    legislative chambers at the court house in Lowville.

    Prior to the meeting, legislators will meet in executive session beginning at
    3:30 PM with County Attorney Joan McNichol and Attorney Jim Romer for an
    update on union labor contract negotiations.

    At 4:15 PM, there will be a public forum concerning the addiction epidemic, with
    Credo Community Center Executive Director James Scordo, Opiate Treatment
    Program Medical Director Dr. Daniel Pisaniello, and a client speaking on the
    subject.

    A public hearing will begin at 5 PM for comments on proposed additions to the
    county's ATV trail system involving properties in the town of Leyden and
    Martinsburg.
