Town of Denmark Man Indicted on Drug Sale and Possession Charges

    Lowville, NY- Andrew J. Perry, 44, Town of Denmark, was arraigned in Lewis
    County Court this morning on a sealed indictment. Mr. Perry has been charged
    with one count each of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled
    Substance and third-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, class "B"
    felonies and one count each of fifth-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled
    Substance and fifth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance,
    class "D" felonies. Bail was set at $7,500 cash or $15,000 bond. A not guilty
    plea was entered, with the case being adjourned to March 31st. Mr. Perry is
    accused of possessing and selling oxycodone and methamphetamine on or
    about December 16, 2016 in the Town of Denmark.
