    Lewis County, NY- In an annual report issued by countyhealthrankings.org,
    Lewis County was ranked 21st of the 62 counties in New York State, in terms
    of overall health.

    Compared to surrounding counties, Lewis County was ranked healthiest in the
    area. Jefferson County was ranked 41st, Herkimer 43rd, St. Lawrence 45th,
    Oneida 52nd, and Oswego 56th.

    The study takes a number of factors into account, breaking results down into
