| Watertown, NY- The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office arrested Dylan P. O'Connor, 24, of Rogers Crossing Road, Carthage, on a charge of felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. Mr. O'Connor was stopped early this morning on Salmon Run Mall Loop West in the Town of Watertown. He was issued tickets to appear in the Town of Watertown Court on March 30th. |
