SYSTEMS ADVOCACY MEETING Northern Regional Center for Independent Living (NRCIL) will be holding our next monthly Systems Advocacy Meeting February 1, 2017 from 10:00 – 11:00 am at our Lowville office, 7632 North State Street, Lowville, New York 13367. These meetings are free and open to the public and are designed to discuss and promote an improved quality of life for people with disabilities. We address local, regional and national issues that affect the well-being of persons with disabilities. If you have a topic to discuss please join us.
