    Lowville, NY- In Lewis County Court on Friday, Vanessa L. Katosh, 27, of
    Lowville, was arraigned on a charge of fourth-degree Grand Larceny, a class
    "E" felony. She pleaded guilty to the charge and was then placed on one-year
    interim conditions of probation by Judge Daniel King.

    Ms. Katosh was accused of stealing a Discover credit card belonging to
    another individual, on or about October 07, 2016.
